Well-versed in oil and gas operations, regulatory compliance, government permitting requirements and watershed management, Mr. Surra has more than 10 years of experience performing strategic delivery, workflow and task analysis, project delivery, and client relationship management.

Mr. Surra’s oil and gas industry experience includes the design and permitting of centralized impoundments, well sites, central water distribution systems, water and gas pipelines, and recycling facilities. He also possesses expertise in water sourcing and water management. Mr. Surra looks forward to bringing cost-efficient, time-sensitive and safety-driven solutions to Woolpert’s oil and gas clients throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
