Senior Vice President Tom Mochty serves as Woolpert’s Infrastructure Sector Leader. He provides strategic planning, client development, marketing strategy and operational support to a national team of engineering and geospatial professionals. A licensed professional surveyor in four states, Tom also leads the strategic direction of Woolpert's Transportation Market and manages resources for the Aviation and Roads and Bridges groups. He has provided Woolpert with geospatial leadership for over 25 years and is a published subject-matter expert in GPS, GIS, 3D laser scanning and advanced field data collection techniques. Tom frequently presents at conferences on geospatial technologies, best-in-practice asset management processes, and project delivery for airport, highway, military, and public utility market sectors.
