Woolpert provided final design services and construction consultation to improve traffic flow as part of a nearly $4 million redevelopment project in uptown Harrisburg along the North 7th Street Corridor.

Our transportation team provided safer pedestrian crossings, a separated two-way bikeway, dedicated bus stops, enhanced roadway lighting, and green stormwater solutions — all while keeping motor vehicle traffic moving safely and efficiently.

The project runs adjacent to the 4.2-acre U.S. General Services Administration Harrisburg Federal Courthouse Building, for which Woolpert provided surveying, site and civil engineering, land development, stormwater management, geotechnical, erosion, and sedimentation control solutions.
