Woolpert was engaged to manage the routing and permitting for a transmission line and pipeline connected to the Birdsboro generation plant in Berks County, Pennsylvania.
This project serves a gas-fired generation plant constructed on a brownfield redevelopment site. The scope involved multiple phases, from concept to development, relying heavily on constructability reviews, route selection, and public involvement to receive FERC and DEP permitting approval.
