CARESOURCE-INTEGRATED DESIGN OF NEW BUILDING

Project Details

CLIENT
CareSource

LOCATION
Dayton, Ohio

Woolpert was contracted by BHDP Architecture to provide integrated design services for the newest CareSource building at First and Jefferson streets in downtown Dayton. These integrated services include civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering, and landscape design.

This new 205,000-square-foot, six-story building will house 800 current and future employees to meet projected growth forecasts. In addition to office and collaborative work spaces, the facility will provide employee amenities, including a cafeteria, a fitness center, locker rooms and training rooms.

Like its nearby headquarters, the new building will utilize a geothermal heating and cooling system. The city of Dayton is located above the Great Miami Buried Valley Aquifer, one of the most productive groundwater sources in the U.S.

The CareSource building is expected to open in the spring of 2019.
