Woolpert is completing planning charrettes and requirements analyses for various facility types at four air bases in Poland, Romania and Bulgaria. The team is working with the United States Air Force Europe (USAFE) and host nations to analyze existing facilities, generate new requirements and create DD Form 1391 programming documents for required military construction and operation/management projects. Site plans to support each project were generated in conjunction with North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and host nation project plans.
