This project includes the renovation of a 26,000-SF medical office consisting of exam and treatment rooms, procedure rooms, blood lab, infusion department, imaging center, and administrative/support areas. Woolpert’s scope included architecture, interior design, planning with programming, space plan, interior design finishes, and material as well as furniture selection and specification. Coordination of medical equipment, cost analysis, and Owner Representation during construction was also included in the scope of services.
