Woolpert developed a custom, GIS-based right-of-way project portal for Aldridge Electric, transforming their project management workflows and improving efficiency for over 100 miles of electric transmission line projects in Indiana.
Aldridge Electric’s existing system relied on spreadsheet-based workflows, which struggled to handle detailed subcontractor data. This resulted in delays tracking project progress, communication breakdowns, and data access.
