The Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner (WRC) manages and maintains the drainage network for the county as well as manages the water and sewer systems for a number of municipalities in the county. WRC needed to replace its CAD and paper-based infrastructure mapping and maintenance systems with an integrated infrastructure inventory and management geographic information system (GIS) and implement a collaborative asset management system (CAMS).
