Woolpert was commissioned to provide the vision and conceptual design for this mixed-use residential and commercial, palm-like development in the Bay of Phuket in the country of Thailand.
The design will include 500 beachfront villas, 300 canal villas, 20,000 square meters of commercial space, beachfront hotels, a marina, beaches and a potential cruise port.
