Williams Farm Recreation Center is a LEED® Silver, 71,000-square-foot community recreation center containing a gymnasium, classrooms, office space, locker rooms, fitness spaces, recreational aquatic space, outdoor water spray-ground, outdoor playground, outdoor basketball court, 5,000-square-foot skateboard park, picnic facilities, parking lot, picnic shelters, restrooms and walking paths. Waller, Todd & Sadler, a Woolpert Company, provided architecture and associated site and utility services. The budget for the design-build contract was approximately $22.9 million. The project site included an 11.1-acre parcel for the construction of the recreation center and a 23.8-acre parcel for the construction of restroom, concession and picnic shelters.
