Clopay Building Products Plant Expansions

Woolpert has supported Clopay for more than 20 years with design and planning for plant expansions across three facilities. At the Troy location, services span architecture, civil, structural, fire protection, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, including a new showroom on the east side of the facility with training areas for door installers and repair technicians.

Woolpert provided concept-level design for ten building additions, a new guard house, a secure tank storage area, and the associated site work, along with structural design for a new slab to serve emergency floor repairs in Building A.
