Bermello Ajamil, a wholly owned subsidiary of Woolpert, designed a new 104,000-square-foot terminal for Disney Cruise Lines at Port Everglades’ Terminal 4. The terminal opening in 2023 marked the second year-round home for Disney Cruise Lines, following Port Canaveral. The terminal welcomes visitors by bringing them into the magical world of Disney, as re-imagined by Walt Disney Imagineering for Disney cruisers and brought to life by the project team's designers.
Mayor Lamar P. Fisher of Broward County noted, “The addition of Disney Cruise Line in our community provides travelers with more vacation options at Port Everglades, while boosting our local economy and creating more than 1,100 direct local jobs."
