Tougaloo College Water and Sewer Infrastructure Upgrades

Woolpert was contracted to develop an accurate inventory of utility systems assets at Tougaloo College. Woolpert conducted survey-grade field collection of the surface utility appurtenances and designated underground utility information. Field crews employed a combination of unmanned aircraft systems, real-time kinematic global navigational satellite systems, and conventional survey methods, as necessary, to establish the control network for surface and imagery georeferencing.
