The Ward Law Group, a personal injury law firm with offices in Florida and New York, engaged Bermello Ajamil (BA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Woolpert, to design a headquarters office in Miami Lakes, Florida.
BA’s scope of services included programming, space planning, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
This corporate headquarters was conceived as a contemporary workplace environment, accommodating diverse work modalities through an open-plan layout enhanced by modular wall systems and flexible conferencing zones.

This corporate headquarters was conceived as a contemporary workplace environment, accommodating diverse work modalities through an open-plan layout enhanced by modular wall systems and flexible conferencing zones.
The office accommodates more than 100 members of the Ward legal team across both open-concept work areas and private offices. The conference center includes a boardroom, several small meeting rooms, a training room for up to 50 individuals, and a multipurpose room with a capacity of 200 that is used for special events.
