Woolpert prepared due diligence documents for a 200,000 square foot multistory research and development facility and a prospective 400,000 square foot single-story manufacturing facility, along with new parking, utility infrastructure, and a ground-mounted solar field. Before developing the architectural concept, Woolpert prepared a site intelligence report identifying site features and risks and proposing solutions and costs.

Preliminary due diligence verified compatibility with city zoning requirements and confirmed adequate infrastructure availability. The concept design for the office and R&D building includes a 10,000 square foot manufacturing prototype wing, an R&D wing, executive and general offices, and a gathering wing with cafeteria, conference, and exercise spaces, organized around a double-height entrance that doubles as a gathering space.
