“Serve”-ing Two Masters Successfully

Parks and Rec Business magazine published this article by Woolpert Vice President and Education and Athletics Practice Leader Andrew Pack in its November 2019 issue. The article examines how projects like the Queens University Tennis Center at Marion Diehl Park illustrate the many benefits of public-private partnerships. The Charlotte, N.C., facility, made possible through a partnership between the university and Mecklenburg County, blends the needs of student athletes with recreational tennis players and provides a shared, multifunctional event space for the community.
