Woolpert Welcomes Jim Kendall as Federal Program Director at Virginia Beach Office
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Feb. 19, 2020) — Jim Kendall, PE, has joined Woolpert as a federal program director at the firm’s Virginia Beach office, where he’ll lead multidisciplinary teams to design and execute military facility and infrastructure projects.
For over 30 years, Kendall, a Virginia Military Institute graduate, has put his electrical engineering skills to work in project and program management for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), U.S. Air Force (USAF) and U.S. Coast Guard. Kendall previously served as chief of the design management section at the USACE Norfolk District and worked with the Federal Design Construction Center as the electrical engineer project manager for the Coast Guard.
Kendall said Woolpert has a solid reputation in the federal market for attention to detail, completing projects in a timely manner and possessing a wealth of knowledge in military design.
