Scott Cattran is Woolpert’s Chief Executive Officer, and he represents company shareholders as the Chairman of Woolpert’s Board of Directors. He is responsible for setting Woolpert’s vision and strategy, developing and strengthening a strong, trust-built culture, achieving the firm’s long-term strategic goals, and making Woolpert a Great Place to work for all employees. In 1999, Scott began his tenure at Woolpert as a geospatial project phase manager in the Dayton office. Over the next two decades, he helped grow the firm’s business from the Denver and Chesapeake offices before taking the reins as the firm’s chief operating officer in 2014. In 2016, Scott accepted the position of president and CEO and returned to Woolpert’s Dayton headquarters where he launched his career.
