Modernizing Dredging Quality Management

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers contracted Woolpert to move its dredging quality management (DQM) database and tracking system from an on-prem server to Microsoft Azure, a cloud service provider. The project was more complex than usual, as the Corps couldn't risk encountering failures or interruptions in service since the DQM database and tracking system played such a significant role in the nation's betterment.
