Woolpert, as part of the Pond-Woolpert Joint Venture, was contracted to conduct a FUS and produce a space allocation plan for the 319th Reconnaissance Wing at Grand Forks AFB that included six squadrons and over one million square feet across 63 existing facilities. The facility surveys and data collection resulted in updated floor plans and current space allocation data for the various squadrons. The space allocation plan included a current project analysis and recommendations for right-sizing facilities, ranging from maintaining facilities to optimizing existing spaces to constructing new facilities.
