Stretching from Colorado to Ohio, the Rockies Express Pipeline is a 1,500-mile natural gas pipeline being constructed to meet the United States’ current demand for natural gas energy. Woolpert provided professional surveying services for the eastern 638- mile section, the Rockies Express-East (REX East), which traverses Illinois, Indiana and Ohio. This survey effort contributed to REX East’s overall permitting approval process.

In preparation for right-of-way plat surveying, the Woolpert team conducted thorough deed research and field work. The team then provided certified land surveys for all designated easement areas and adjoining affected parcels. All legal descriptions and plats supplied by Woolpert were signed and sealed by land surveyors registered in their respective states.
