Woolpert provided engineering investigations, preliminary and final design services, cost estimating, survey, bidding services, and construction administration services for this project. The project scope included panel removal and replacement, joint seal replacement, and airfield lighting upgrades throughout the complex. A site investigation to identify the existing concrete panels that required rehabilitation was completed as part of this design.

Woolpert was able to provide the Airport with a cost-effective budget by initiating cost savings methods and utilizing already-available resources.
