Background

Woolpert is the retail architect of record for The Yard at Fishers District, a $110 million restaurant-anchored mixed-use development of dining, entertainment, a unique culinary incubator for start-up chefs and green space for concerts and events in Fishers, IN.

Construction has begun on the site and is projected to be completed in Summer 2019.

Woolpert provided full design services, architectural engineering, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering, as well as structural engineering from design development through construction for Thompson Thrift Retail Group, an Indiana-based developer.

The design of The Yard at Fishers District brings a fresh, clean and contemporary design to the project, which includes about 15 restaurants, bars, breweries, the culinary incubator, as well as residential and hotel space.

The Yard at Fishers District is located off Interstate 69, at 116^th and Ikea Way.
