Longtime Airport Director Jeff Mulder Joins Woolpert as Senior Consultant
DAYTON, Ohio (March 3, 2020) — Woolpert has hired Jeff Mulder as a senior consultant, supporting the firm’s infrastructure sector.
Mulder has more than three decades of experience in the aviation industry, most recently as the director of airports in Florida, Oklahoma and Wisconsin. He has a master’s degree in business administration, is a commercial pilot and certified flight instructor, and has served as chairman of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE).
Mulder said he joined Woolpert because the architecture, engineering and geospatial (AEG) firm provides extensive opportunities to reach a wide variety of customers and markets. He lauded the firm’s robust technology base and its partnerships with industry leaders such as Google and Esri.
“Technology has improved the capability and quality of architecture and engineering services, and the addition of geospatial expertise has proved to be a huge advantage for Woolpert,” Mulder said. “My years with airports have taught me how these technologies help stretch resources for maintaining and developing infrastructure.
