Frank Monastra Named President of Structural Engineers Association of Ohio!
- Congratulations to our own Frank Monastra for being named president of the Structural Engineers Association of Ohio (SEAoO)! It was announced in the group’s December newsletter that Frank will serve as president for 2017. He served as president-elect in 2016.
