The Lebanon Business Park is the fastest-growing office/industrial project in the Indianapolis area. Situated on I-65 between State Roads 32 and 39, Lebanon Business Park is a unique project financed both publicly and privately. Initial project studies were funded by the Boone County Economic Development Council while the infrastructure was paid for (in large part) by the Town of Lebanon. Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation funded the site development and marketing. Designed and constructed in a three-year phasing, today the park boasts over 2.5 million square feet of office space spanning 10 buildings.

Woolpert was selected to conduct a project feasibility survey in 1993 that opened the way for the development of a complete master plan for the 600-acre park. We proposed roadway layouts; recommended infrastructure elements; designed over 4,200 feet of concrete roadway; developed plans for sanitary sewer collection, stormwater management and fire protection systems; and performed earthwork analysis. Woolpert also provided the site/civil design services for each of the 10 office buildings.
