    Mr. Avellano has returned to the Ohio region from our Atlanta office! His extensive experience in structural analyses, designs, computer applications and construction documents prepares him to guide structural design projects from conceptual through the implementation stages.

    With several certifications from ODOT and previous experience as a transportation project leader in Ohio, Mr. Mattox possesses extensive experience with bridge design, inspection and load ratings as well as roadway design, hydraulics and drainage, safety studies, and traffic studies.

    With more than 17 years of experience in the areas of project management and transportation engineering, Mr. Denny is ready to design and manage various highway, interchange and local roadway infrastructure projects.
