Woolpert, as part of a joint venture, developed long-range master planning documents and an area development plan for the forward operating site of Camp Bondsteel. The team developed long-range master planning documents; vision plan; parametric cost estimates; short-, mid-, and long-range implementation plans; illustrative plans; and an area development execution plan for the eventual transformation of this contractor-operated, multinational, forward operating base into a permanent and enduring U.S. installation. The team provided individual master planning tasks such as real property master planning, transportation plans, utilities and infrastructure plans, asset management, and sustainable and resilient planning/studies.
