Since 2007 when Cannon AFB was transferred to Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC), Woolpert has provided master planning and programming services for AFSOC and the installation. For the Southeast Flightline ADP, Woolpert prepared a detailed strategy to develop a new flightline area to accommodate AC-130 aircraft at Cannon, including calculating facility requirements, determining project phasing and preparing a detailed utility plan for the previously undeveloped portion of the installation.
