Woolpert and its joint venture partner conducted and documented FSP&O studies at RAF Mildenhall for approximately 157 buildings in accordance with the 2021 Facility Space Planning and Optimization Playbook. Work was focused on collecting, developing, assessing, and presenting data to support three basic FSP&O capabilities: asset visibility, requirements identification, and integrated planning. A proof of concept was also provided with deliverables including CADD files, space utilization dataset for GIS, building and structure data layers for GIS and CADD, and record updates in the appropriate databases.
