This complex effort included working with both U.S. and Polish stakeholders to develop a real property vision plan and concept plan development for 36 distinct facility types including headquarters, maintenance, operations, and life support facilities at six locations across Poland. The team also generated two area development plans, mission requirements analysis, and cost estimates at Łask AB and Wrocław Airport. PPI for USAFE is a secure, flexible portfolio of resilient, enduring facilities advancing compatible missions and has a focus on airfield, remotely piloted aircraft, SCIF, munitions, and other support facilities.
